Many people wish to help ensure the future viability of Brother Benno’s by making a bequest by will or revocable trust.

  • The money is not payable until death, so it does not affect your assets or cash flow during your lifetime.
  • It is revocable. You can change the provisions in your will or trust at any time until death.
  • You may choose to designate a specific sum from your estate (for example, $5,000), or you may choose to leave a percentage of your estate (such as 5 percent).
  • You may leave an unrestricted gift, which will be used at the discretion of the Brother Benno Foundation Board of Directors, or you may designate that funds be used for a particular purpose or program. The choice is entirely  yours.
  • All donations are tax deductible.

When including a provision for us in your will, you will want to make sure that your intention is clearly stated and that you have our correct name and address. It would be prudent for you or your advisor to contact us before drafting the document to ensure that the information is accurate.
